You may be able to complete your payment using your debit or credit card as a guest without creating a PayPal account.
How to Use PayPal to Complete Payment

Click the PayPal payment button
After selecting your membership, click the PayPal
payment option to continue.

You will be taken to PayPal
PayPal will open a secure payment screen where you
can choose how you would like to pay.

If you have PayPal, log in
Enter your PayPal email address and password and
continue with your payment.

Don't have PayPal? Look for the card option
Look for a button that says
Debit or Credit Card

Pay with Card
or similar.

Enter your debit or credit card information
Fill in the requested card details and billing
information on PayPal's secure checkout page.

Confirm your payment
Check that your payment information is correct and
complete the payment.

Return to Pickle Date
Once your payment is successfully completed,
PayPal should return you to Pickle Date so your
membership can continue.
